A: Unfortunately no. To ensure Ownn's strict decoration and apparel standards are maintained, only apparel sourced directly from Ownn's trusted apparel suppliers are used.
A: The turnaround time for an order can vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. As a general guide, a typical order is received and delivered to the end customer in two weeks.
A: Absolutely! Your customers can order a single item from your store, Ownn has no MOQ limitations.
A: The file formats required can vary depending on the decoration process, but typically vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF formats are preferred. If in doubt, check in with Ownn's incredible customer service team here.
A: Of course! If you want the added peace-of-mind of experiencing your custom decorated apparel for yourself, our sales team can create a custom order for you at cost price.
A: There is a small up front fee to set up your Ownn shop of $99AUD
Each year there is a small fee of $150AUD to maintain your store. The good news? If your store has received over $5000AUD in orders in the previous year, we'll waive this for you!

A: For each decorated product there will be a minimum price that each apparel piece can be sold for and this is the cost price of Ownn sourcing and decorating your items. Ownn will work with you to set a price that suits your profit goals.
A: You sure can! If you want to order for yourself you can do this through your Ownn shop as your customers would. You'll receive the profit from this order at the end of the month like a regular order.
A: Ownn understands that your shop might only be suitable for a certain group of people, such as your employees if using your Ownn shop for custom uniforms. If this is the case, your helpful Ownn sales representative will ensure this is noted for your Ownn shop's set-up. Private Ownn shop's will have password protection set-up for one user free of charge.
